Scope
Accessibility concerns the ability to find, understand and use website information and services. It includes content, navigation, forms and documents. An external resource may have its own accessibility arrangements.
Design target
The intended website accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a design and testing target; a statement of achieved conformance requires examination of the actual website and its complete user processes.
Testing and conformance
The website is designed to support keyboard operation, semantic headings, labelled forms, visible focus and responsive text. Implementation checks cover generated routes and shared components. This statement does not claim independent certification or complete WCAG conformance.
Known limitations
Third-party websites and documents reached through external links have their own accessibility arrangements. An external document may not provide the same navigation or reading support as these HTML pages.
Alternative access
If a document, form or other content presents a barrier, describe the information or task required and the form of access that would assist. An alternative should address the actual need rather than merely repeat a link to inaccessible content.
If a page or document is difficult to use, identify its URL or reference and the format or assistance needed. The Institute will consider an alternative means of providing the information.
Report a problem
Identify the page or document, the task attempted and what prevented access. Information about the browser or assistive technology may help, but avoid sending sensitive personal details unrelated to the issue.
Feedback route
Use the accessibility enquiry type to distinguish a barrier from a general technical question. If the website form itself is inaccessible, use the verified alternative contact particulars.
