Keep the access key private. It is shown once at case creation and is not a public record number. Anyone holding it can access the case material. Download the access details to a secure location and close the session when using a shared device. IESQ personnel do not need you to post the key in public correspondence.

If the key is lost, contact IESQ using your case reference. Recovery requires a documented check of identity and authority; it is not granted merely because a person knows the reference.
