Before submission, confirm the applicant's authority, product specification and photographs, model coverage, applicable legal documentation, standards and editions, complete reports and laboratory scopes. Identify each proposed core comparison by clause and report page. Include adverse results, corrective action, retests, translations and permissions to verify the issuer and publish the required summary.
Declarations and case forms
The application contains declarations of authority, completeness and accuracy, permission for issuer verification, acceptance of the free programme conditions and approval of the required public record information. The case workspace provides supplementary-evidence, change and renewal requests. Each declaration is stored with its date and the programme version.
Use the appeal form for a challenge to a decision, the complaint form for service or conduct, and the misuse form for an unauthorised claim. These routes are free and retain their own receipt references.
Controlled editions
The current programme edition is BESA 1.0, effective 19 October 2026. The copy below and each product schedule carry their route and review date. A case retains its accepted rule edition and the standards and clauses used in the assessment. Issued certificates are verified against the live record; a downloaded copy is not a separate source of current status.
