Course catalogue

Courses address defined tasks in standards application and quality practice. Select a subject by its practical relevance, then read the complete course record. A title alone is not a statement of professional competence or certification.

Find a course

Filter by subject, delivery format and intended audience. Check prerequisites where a course assumes prior technical knowledge. Courses concerning similar subjects can have different depth, tasks and assessment arrangements.

Course information

The course record explains content, learning outcomes, delivery and relevant tutor information. Where dates or sessions are offered, the current arrangements are stated in that record. An enquiry about scheduling is separate from registration for a confirmed session.

Audience and outcomes

Outcomes describe the knowledge or tasks the course is designed to develop. They should be read with the teaching approach and any assessment. Participation alone does not establish that every outcome has been independently demonstrated.

Assessment and learning record

A course may record attendance, completion or an assessed result. The record type and conditions are stated before registration. None should be described as personnel certification unless a separate applicable certification scheme actually governs it.

Fees and arrangements

Course arrangements identify the applicable fee, currency, delivery conditions and cancellation terms. Travel, materials or other items are included only where expressly stated. A request for information does not reserve a place.

Read the course or discuss team needs

Use the course record for the particular activity. For learning designed around an organisation's work, describe the group and desired outcome through the organisational training route.
