Event archive

The archive concerns activities that took place and information approved for public release. It preserves their date and context. An archived event does not represent an open invitation or establish that the same activity will be repeated.

Find an activity

Search by subject, year or event name. The record identifies the activity, relevant dates and form of participation. Repeated subjects are distinguished by their actual event records rather than combined into an assumed history.

Event records

A record describes the purpose and actual arrangements of the activity. It links to materials authorised for release. Information about speakers and organisations reflects their participation in that event, not necessarily a current relationship.

Agendas and materials

An agenda identifies planned subjects; presentation material identifies what its author has permitted to be shared. Neither should be read as a complete record of discussion or a formal institutional decision unless expressly issued as such.

Recordings and permissions

Recordings and presentation files remain subject to their access and use conditions. Permission to view does not necessarily include editing, republication or use of images and voices in another context.

Related technical work

A past event may link to subsequent publications or projects. The later document's own review, status and scope govern its use. A topic discussed at an event is not automatically adopted as an Institute requirement.

Current participation

Use current event records for opportunities to participate and for the latest arrangements.
